All of our trucks are late model. Regular replacement of vehicles provides us and our customers with a number of benefits:
Some of these improving aspects include:
The majority of our fleet complies with strict Euro 4 & 5 emissions requirements ensuring we keep our carbon emissions to a minimum.
All of our vehicles are fitted with the appropriate equipment such as removal blankets, hessian and trolleys to ensure your removal is successful. The majority of our fleet is fitted with GPS tracking, so we know where these vehicles are at any time.
Other vehicles in our fleet contain forklifts, trailers and other specialized equipment to ensure we have the right solution for every removal.
Each branch has vehicles we use for prepacking and small removals. We also utilise these vehicles for the pickup and delivery of small consignments. They also allow us to conduct removals in and out of high rises and inner-city areas when a larger vehicle is unable to access or park close by. We have many clients requiring removal of only a minimum number of items and we complete around 100 of these removals each week.
Following the recent lockdown for South East Queensland, we can advise we are operating as normal as our industry is deemed an essential service. Our crews have all the required PPE and many are being regularly tested.
Unfortunately our Sydney operation based in Ingleburn is restricted to receiving and dispatching freight from our warehouse only.
We are not servicing Victoria ourselves but are working closely with our agents of more than 20 years to ensure we service our customers moving to or from Victoria the best we can.
North Queensland is operating as per normal.
