This was my second move with Caloundra Removals - this time I just moved a couple of suburbs but my furniture was stored for two months. I moved from a lowest home to a smaller two storey. I couldn't fault their delivery guys. Friendly and hardworking. They worked like a well oiled team even though one of the guys was on his first day. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation recommending

The guys were really good and efficient. Packed everything in 2.5 hours. They loaded the truck properly. Haven’t received goods yet however delivery time is estimated to be in a good time frame and the price was reasonable. Will update my review once we receive the goods but everything to date has been on point and professional... All our goods arrived in full within the time frame and in perfect condition. Very happy.

3 bedroom holiday home with approx 5 ctns, took 2 hours to load drive 2.5 km up the same road, and took 4.5 hours to unload, charged 1/2 hour total travel time. Asked them to drop 3 large pot plants around the corner to my Auntie and they asked me to buy them beer. Then they deliberately worked slow to ensure they would be back to the depot by 3pm no time to do other moves or work. One guy in particular was lazy and I figured if they asked for the beer they would not rip me off and work slow. To compare new house is 5 bed + office very big and previous owners moved 2 weeks earlier also within a few km, they gave them a small truck they did 3 loads and total time was 7 3/4 hours. Will never choose them again. 1 king bed suite & mattress, 1 queen bed suite & mattress, 1 queen mattress, 2 single beds and mattresses, small leather lounge, two fridges, washer/dryer, 10 seater outdoor setting, Gorilla ornament, office chair & Printer, 2 outdoor pool chairs. Even paid my own guy to remove the TV's 2 big, 1 small, and speakers. Plus the 3 large pots to go to my Auntie round the corner. That was it ridiculous time. I have worked in logistics - I complained to the sales manager [name removed] and he assured me he would look into it and get back to me. He said he was upset that they asked me to buy beer to move the plants around the corner given I was paying an hourly rate. Its over a month now no call. Very bad, poor follow-up

Made the move From Townsville to Brisbane using Caloundra Removals & Storeage. The removalists on both ends were great and we were particularly impressed and appreciative of the two gents on the drop off end that went the extra mile to help us out when packing into seperate storage unit. I will sing Caloundra Removals and Storage’s praises to any who listen and should I ever have the need again be a return customer.

If I could rate a zero I would. I will NEVER use Caloundra Storage again. We thought that it would be so much easier to store our furniture and then have it delivered straight to the new address, as they suggested. On delivery some of our furniture was damaged. All of the linen, fridge seals and furniture was mouldy. Paid an extra $900 for insurance which turned out to be an absolute waste of money. They picked up the furniture that we found straight that had been damaged, too bad for all the other items. 5 weeks later they were returned with 1 piece not repaired. Adams (the insurance person) reply was we can't prove that they broke it...so too bad, they had done enough apparently. Adam didn't care one bit bit that our furniture, and other pieces, had been damaged by THEM. He was rude and spoke over the top of you and wouldn't listen to anything you had to say. I can't begin to tell you how absolutely dreadful the service by him was, disgraceful. I am so very disappointed

They were actually subcontracted via Toll by a government department to relocate us. It was just too easy ! Couple of emails and it just happened ! No probs, no damage, no breakages, and no stress ! If you get to choose,. This is a good choice.

We dealt with Michael and Adam on the phone and the entire move was so smooth, the guys so very friendly. We are doing extensive renovations and needed all furniture, appliances and boxes moved into our garage and completely covered to protect from the “dust storm” that will be created when walls are knocked down and tiles jack hammered for removal. We were given an arrival time of 11.30 - 12.30 and I received a phone call with an update. How fabulous in this era of the usual “Someone will be there between 9 and 5”!! The guys who came to do our move were absolutely awesome. Everything skill fully covered and packed still leaving room in our garage. I cannot speak more highly of the team. We will definitely get Caloundra removals back to reposition our items. Thanks so much.

We selected Caloundra Removals & Storage to relocate from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast and they made the whole experience smooth and stress free! Quoting: First up, Michael came and to inspect the property and access to ensure when moving day came around there were no issues. Michael provided us a competitive quote within 24hrs (and without all the ‘gaffe’ may other operates tried to sell us). The move: The teams at both ends (Pick up and Unloading) were outstanding. They carefully wrapped and packed and entire 3-bedroom home and garage in just a few hours. They made sure everything was packed safely and securely for transport from NSW to QLD. Equally the team that handled the uploading in QLD did a great job, despite the new house having stairs over 3 stories. They We were kept up to date the whole way through and the Caloundra Removals & Storage crew went the extra mile and we couldn’t be happier with their service. I can confidently say, we have no hesitation in recommending the team at Caloundra Removals & Storage, and as serial renters, not doubt we’ll be use them again for our next move.

Best firm I have ever used! We have previously moved 6 times including overseas and the team at Caloundra have proven to be exceptional. All staff engagements have been friendly and positive, nothing has ever been a problem and they have always been genuinely willing to help out. The costs fro removal and storage were highly competitive and we will definitely use them again.

Huge thank you to Adam and the team at Caloundra Removals. We took some boxes of household effects to them yesterday for transporting to Melbourne and the service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You would have thought we were giving them the biggest job they had this this month but in reality it was probably the smallest yet they treated us brilliantly. The crew at Caloundra removals were AMAZING. They moved us from Townsville to Brisbane and everything went well. Matt in TSV was great and the guys AJ and Nate who delivered the good were fabulous. All staff involved were courteous and helpful with all aspects of the move. The removalists were punctual and friendly and worked well with my family as i was unavailable on collection and pickup. Costing was the best around with insurance as you want it. This is my first interstate move and i would recommend Caloundra removals and storage to others. They even helped when i had questions after the move was completed.

The boys did a fantastic job. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. Very helpful considering all my things needed to fit in a small shed and 1 side of a double garage. It all fitted perfectly.
